House rules

• Please treat the museum with respect. 
• Always follow the staff’s directions and instructions. 
• Food and drink are only permitted in the museum café. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or on the premises. 
• Consumption of your own food or drink in the museum is not permitted. 
• To protect your belongings and our building, please store bags (larger than A4 size) and umbrellas in a locker or leave them in the cloakroom. 
• National Monument Oranjehotel accepts no liability for the loss or theft of your belongings. 
• Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs. 
• National Monument Oranjehotel is wheelchair accessible. 
• Groups are very welcome; for groups of more than 15 people, please book in advance. 
• Filming and photography for personal use are permitted without flash, a tripod or a selfie stick. For professional purposes, this is permitted only in consultation and consent of the management or staff.  
• National Monument Oranjehotel accepts no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect damage resulting from your visit.
